| Abstract: |
| In view of recovery of Co in anode plate of waste LiCoO2 battery, leaching of LiCoO2 under the conditions of H2SO4 and H2SO4+H2O2 was studied with crushed LiCoO2 anode material as raw material. The results show that leaching of LiCoO2 with H2SO4+H2O2 is better than that of H2SO4 alone. Under the condition of H2O2 reduction leaching, leaching rate of Co is 95% above under the conditions including reaction temperature of 80 ℃, L/S=6, initial sulfuric acid concentration of 250 g/L, dosage of hydrogen peroxide of 3%, and reaction time of 120 min. SEM analysis results show that LiCoO2 has been completely decomposed. |
