| Abstract: |
| With leaching lixivium of positive electrode powder of waste lithium battery as raw material, valuable metals were recovered through copper precipitation with iron powder, decoppering in depth with sodium sulfide, removal of iron and aluminum by neutralization hydrolysis method, and removal of magnesium with NaF. The results show that copper is precipitated in large amount when addition coefficient of iron powder is 1.1, and copper is precipitated completely with addition of sodium sulfide by five times of theoretical amount. Fe and Al are precipitated completely by adjusting pH value of solution to 3.5-4.5 with reaction duration of 2.5 h. After removal of iron, filtrate is treated with NaF to remove magnesium ions. Removal rate of magnesium at 80 ℃ is 99%, Cu<2 mg/L, Mg<5 mg/L, and Al and Fe can be controlled within 6 mg/L with dosage of NaF of 2.5 g/L. Carbonate precursor can be prepared by coprecipitation method. |
