| Abstract: |
| To address complex composition of raw ore, heavy quality of gold loaded carbon slime, high grade of impurities such as silver, copper, calcium, iron, etc. after adsorption of all-slime cyaniding carbon slurry process, scaling and blocking of desorption electrolytic circulation pipeline during production of high temperature and high pressure desorption electrolytic gold loaded carbon, low desorption rate of gold and silver, long desorption time, and difficult smelting of gold slime, experimental research and production practice of absorption electrolytic process were carried out. The results show that during high temperature and high pressure desorption electrolysis of high copper-iron-calcium-bearing gold loaded carbon, blocking of pipeline is solved and flow of desorption electrolysis is stable and guaranteed, frequency of disassembly and replacement of pipeline screen rises from one day to 15-day, desorption rate of gold and silver rise from 83.83% and 95.41% to 87.15% and 98.37% respectively, and desorption time for per column drops from 19.15 h to 16.67 h under the conditions including desorption agent consist of 2% sodium hydroxide, 0.25% sodium cyanide and 0.2% disincrustant, desorption electrolysis temperature to be controlled at 125 ℃ for 5 h, the maximum temperature to be controlled at 155 ℃, desorption flow of 2.25 times of volume of carbon bed, and acid cleaning rate of lean carbon of 80%. Adsorption rate of gold and silver is accelerated and comprehensive recovery of gold and silver is improved. Concentration of gold and silver in cyanidation tailing tank can be controlled scientifically. |
