Abstract:
SbCl3 solubility in hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride system of slurry electrolysis was studied. The results show that in the range of NaCl>100 g/L and HCl>0.4 mol/L, preparation rule of "hydrochloric acid + sodium chloride" system can be determined to be suitable for antimony gold concentrate slurry electrolysis. The optimal preparation system includes NaCl concentration of 150 g/L and HCl concentration of 0.6-0.8 mol/L. Relationship between saturated antimony concentration CSb and HCl concentration CHCl can be expressed by CSb=111.22632CHCl2.27198 under the condition of NaCl 150 g/L and HCl 0.2-1.0 mol/L.
