Abstract:
Effects of calcination temperature, amount of sodium carbonate and calcination time on desulfurization rate were studied through high-temperature calcination of Na2CO3. SEM, FT-IR and XRD were combined to analyze micromorphology, chemical structure and microcrystalline structure. The results show that desulfurization rate is 69.73% under the conditions including calcination temperature of 1 300 ℃, amount of Na2CO3 of 25% and calcination time of 70 min. After desulfurization, petroleum coke turns to be loose, fault structure rises, and content of sulfur element drops. (002) diffraction peak is more acute and crystallinity is improved. The characteristic absorption peak at 478, 744 and 863 cm-1 is significantly reduced, and desulfurization effect is good.
