| Abstract: |
| The study was carried out from three main influencing factors of multi-element alloy particle size, manganese content and metallographic structure with automatic mineral analyzer, metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. Saturation magnetic induction intensity Ms and remanent magnetic Mr were used to measure magnetic properties of alloy. Magnetic properties of multi-component alloys in metalized reduction process of polymetallic nodules were studied. The results show that magnetic properties of multi-element alloy from polymetallic nodules by metalized reduction are mainly affected by particle size and manganese content of alloy. The larger the particles size, the lower the manganese content and the stronger the magnetic properties of alloy particles. Therefore, particles size of multi-element alloy should be increased as much as possible to inhibit manganese reduction in operation process. |
