| Abstract: |
| Flowing process of oxygen lance used in bottom blowing converter was simulated by Fluent software. Corresponding relationship between inlet parameters and gas flow rate was analyzed, which provide theoretical basis for flow regulation of production process. Outlet parameters of oxygen lance were taken as boundary conditions to calculate gas-copper-copper matte-slag multi-phase flow process in bottom blowing converter. Density distribution, average velocity of molten pool, surface fluctuation and splashing were also investigated. Average velocity and mixing intensity are higher under the gas flow rate of 0.43 kg/s, which may cause serious surface fluctuation and splashing, and disturb normal production process. |
