Abstract:
In 2017, magnesium production capacity in Yulin is 860 kt, accounts for about 60% of China, and mainly distribute in Fugu county. Air pollutant emission status of magnesium industry survey and monitoring data show that pollutant emission in each production section achieves standard. However, the online oxygen content of enterprises is 9%-16%, and there is a big difference among enterprises. The excess air coefficient of magnesium enterprises is about 4.2, which is 2.5 times of current standard. As a result, pollutant concentration becomes larger after conversion, which may exceed the standard. In 2017, total SO2 and NOx emissions of magnesium industry in Yulin rank the eighth and third in Yulin city, indicating that magnesium industry has emissions reduction quantity. Current situation and existing problems of air pollution control in Yulin magnesium industry are analyzed. Suggestions on technical transformation of dust removal, desulfurization and denitration are put forward. The direction for depth management of magnesium industry is pointed out. Standard establishment of local magnesium industry is promoted.
