| Abstract: |
| In order to realize rapid and efficient dissolution of W-Re alloy scrap, W-25Re alloy scrap was electrochemical dissolved in NaOH alkaline system. The results show that concentration of W and Re in electrolytic solution is 46.4 g/L and 15.4 g/L respectively and dissolution rate of W and Re is 99.78% and 99.35% respectively under the conditions including cell voltage of 2.5 V, NaOH concentration of 100 g/L, electrolysis temperature of 30-40 ℃, and electrolysis time of 10 h. Anode current efficiency is 98.80%, and energy consumption is 2.29 kWh/kg. After electrolysis, anode’s surface is hilltype characterized by SEM. EDS analysis shows that W/Re mass percentage of anode is almost the same before and after electrolysis, and W dissolution rate is about three times of Re. |
