Abstract:
Arsenic-rich lead anode slime was treated by atmospheric-pressure two stage countercurrent alkaline leaching for high-efficient leaching of arsenic. Effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, oxygen pressure, and sodium hydroxide concentration on arsenic removal rate were studied. Arsenic removal rate is 99% above under the optimum conditions of atmospheric alkaline leaching including liquid-solid volume-mass ratio of 5 mL/g, leaching temperature of 80 ℃, leaching time of 0.5 h. The optimum oxygen pressure alkaline leaching conditions include liquid-solid volume-mass ratio of 5 mL/g, sodium hydroxide concentration of 130 g/L, oxygen pressure leaching temperature of 140 ℃, oxygen pressure leaching time of 4.0 h, oxygen pressure of 1.0 MPa, and stirring speed of 600 r/min.
