Abstract:
Phase composition of alkaline residue after extraction of precious metal from copper anode slime by pyrogenic process was analyzed. Process of alkaline leaching, purification and electrolytic preparation of high-purity tellurium was proposed. Influence of alkaline leaching on tellurium leaching rate and effects of technological parameters on tellurium purity were discussed. Through experiments, total tellurium recovery is 92.25%, and high-purity tellurium product meets the requirement of standard of YS/T 222—2010. After reduction of selenium solution by sulfur dioxide, crude selenium with selenium content of 96.56% and recovery of 90.17% is obtained.
