Abstract:
At present, new environment-friendly reagent supposed to replace sodium cyanide is mainly used to leach oxidized gold ore in China, and there is no research report on its leaching polymetallic sulfur gold mine. Applying high sulfur gold ore as research object, influences of aiding leaching reagent dosage, pulp density, reagent amount, grinding time, leaching time, and ratio of Na2CO3/NH4HCO3 on leaching of gold, silver and other associated metals were investigated. Under conditions of green reagent dosage of 50 kg/t, pulp density of 40%, Na2CO3 and NH4HCO3 (Na2CO3/NH4HCO3=1/1(mass ratio)) of 6 kg/t, leaching time of 12 h, and leaching temperature of room temperature, leaching rate of gold and silver is 97.71% and 67.49% respectively, which is the same as that of cyanide process. Leaching rate of copper and lead is less than 20% and left in leaching residue, but antimony leaching rate is up to 85%, so antimony content in raw materials should be properly controlled. There is no need to change original cyanide process flow and equipment with application of green reagent, but the reagent consumption is bigger. Therefore, reducing reagent consumption is the key research direction in the future.
