| Abstract: |
| Preparation of ultra-fine tantalum powder by hydrogenation crushing technology was investigated applying high-purity tantalum bar obtained by sintering as raw materials. Ultra-fine tantalum powder with particle size of -30 μm can be prepared by ordinary horizontal ball-milling or medium agitation ball-milling methods. Effect of dehydrogenating temperature on particle size of ultra-fine tantalum powder was studied. |
