Abstract:
Applying vulcanized slag of heavy metals removal by sulfurization during electrolytic manganese dioxide as raw material, dilute sulfuric acid as leaching agent, and based on thermodynamic analysis, Mn, Co and Ni were recovered by collaborative oxidation leaching with soft manganese ore. Effects of slag ratio, initial acid concentration, L/S, and reaction temperature on leaching rate of Mn, Co and Ni were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of Mn, Co and Ni is 93.5%, 87.4% and 86.3% respectively under the conditions including temperature of 363.15 K, slag ratio of 0.08, initial acid concentration of 90 g/L, and reaction time of 180 min.
