| Abstract: |
| Lithium was extracted from leachate of waste ternary lithium ion batteries with Lix54 and TOPO as extractant and kerosene as diluent. Effects of Lix54 and TOPO ratio, phase ratio(O/A), extractant concentration, extraction time, pH value of feed solution, and extraction time on Li extraction rate were investigated by single factor experiment. The results show that Li extraction rate is 98.5% under the conditions including Lix54︰TOPO=2, extractant concentration of 45%, extraction time of 10 min, pH value of feed solution of 13, and O/A=1/1. Load organic phase is washed, stripped with hydrochloric acid, and sodium carbonate precipitated to prepare qualified battery-grade lithium carbonate. |
