Abstract:
Fe2+ removal efficiency of NdFeB waste hydrochloric acid priority solution by sodium chlorate oxidation - NaOH precipitation combined process was studied. Effects of sodium chlorate dosage, pH value of reaction end point, reaction temperature, reaction time and aging time on iron removal rate were investigated. The results show that Fe2+ removal rate is 99% above and Fe2+ content in filtrate solution is 120 mg/L below under the optimum conditions including sodium chlorate dosage of 1.1 times of theoretical dosage, reaction temperature of 70 ℃, reaction time of 2 h, pH value of precipitation end point of 3.50, and aging time of 8 h. The process has been successfully applied in our company to remove Fe2+ from hydrochloric acid priority solution.
