Abstract:
Thermal decomposition of three kinds of waste circuit board crushing materials, i.e., frame material, tin plate, and copper clad laminate, was carried out and weightlessness mechanism of entire pyrolysis process was determined. The results show that pyrolysis of frame material, tin plate, and copper clad laminate is divided into three stages, pyrolysis weight loss pre-stage, pyrolysis weight loss stage, and pyrolysis weight loss post-stage. The organic components of tin frame and copper clad laminate are close, weight loss starts at about 300 ℃, and completes at the fastest weight loss stage at about 400 ℃. Their weight loss are pyrolysis with activation energy of 23.30 kJ/mol and 12.36 kJ/mol respectively. Frame material consists of two types or more resins with different properties, which start to lose weight at 305 ℃, and there are two fastest weight loss stages of 305-325 ℃ and 325-385 ℃ with activation energy of 25.92 kJ/mol. After pyrolysis at 450 ℃, Cu content in pyrolysis products of three materials rises by 8 percent points. Kinetic equations of crushed material of waste circuit board under different pyrolysis stages are obtained.
