| Abstract: |
| Preoxidation of arsenic-bearing gold concentrate by fluidized bed roasting was studied. Effects of roasting atmosphere and roasting pretreatment agent on surface morphology of calcine, leaching rates of gold and silver, and residual amount of gold and silver in cyanide tailings were investigated. The results show that the calcine obtained from arsenic-bearing refractory gold concentrate roasted in oxygen-enriched air has uniform pores on its surface. Chemical phase analysis of cyanogen (raw materials for cyanide, acid leaching residues) and gold and silver in cyanide tailings show that silicate encapsulation is the main factor affecting cyanide leaching of gold and silver. Under oxygen-enriched roasting atmosphere, proportion of silicate coated gold and silver in cyanogen obtained with NaOH︰Na2CO3=1︰2 composite additive reduce obviously, roasting effect is greatly improved, and leaching rate of gold and silver rises by 7.27 and 13.6 percentage points, respectively. |
