| Abstract: |
| Tungsten disulfide nanoflowers(WS2NF) with nanosheets was prepared by hydrothermal method applying sodium tungstate, thiourea and oxalic acid as raw materials. Capping effects of thiourea and coupling effects of oxalic acid synergistically controlled growth of WS2, which resulted in flower-like structure. WS2NF prepared with this process has advantages of excellent flexibility, large area for mechanical energy capture, high mass transfer efficiency and rich active sites. These greatly improve piezo-degradation activity of WS2 materials. The results show that refractory organics dyes can be completely degraded within 5 min with WS2NF as catalyst, and high activity remained after several recycles. |
