Abstract:
E-E was coupled with the PBM model to explore gas-liquid two-phase hydrodynamic characteristics of stirred tank under different stirring rates, ventilation rates and liquid viscosity. Hydrodynamic parameters of gas-liquid transient gas holdup, liquid velocity and bubble diameter distribution under different stirring rates, ventilation rates and liquid viscosity were simulated and analyzed. It can visualize gas-liquid two-phase fluid movement in closed stirred tank and provide guidance for optimizing operating conditions of gas-liquid mixing process in hydrometallurgical industry.
