| Abstract: |
| Dust of electrostatic precipitator of arsenic-bearing auricupride smelting is an intermediate product produced by copper smelting workshop. It is a typical hazardous waste due to its complex composition and difficult to treat. Dust of electrostatic precipitator from a smelting company in Shandong province was oxidation acidity leached with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The results show that leaching rate of copper and arsenic is 92.30% and 87.50% above respectively under the optimum conditions including dosage of hydrogen peroxide of 120 kg/t, leaching time of 2 h, leaching temperature of 80 ℃, and acidity of 60 g/L. It provides a new approach for copper smelting companies to deal with dust of electrostatic precipitator by hydrometallurgical process. |
