| Abstract: |
| Leaching conditions of Pt, Pd and Rh from spent automobile catalyst of high value components of end-of-life vehicle were discussed. Effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, leaching time, leaching temperature, potassium chlorate percentage, and ratio of solid to liquid on leaching rate of Pt, Pd and Rh during acid leaching process of spent automobile catalyst were studied. The results show that leaching rate of Pt, Pd and Rh is 95.15%, 96.44% and 83.30%, respectively, under the optimum leaching conditions including concentration of hydrochloric acid of 9 mol/L, reaction time of 2 h, reaction temperature of 90 ℃,potassium chlorate dosage of 5%, ratio of solid to liquid is 0.20 g/mL, and stirring speed of 400 r/min. |
