| Abstract: |
| Comprehensive recycling of V and Mo from HDS slag, which contains V2O5 16.3%, Mo 2.02%, was studied. The results show that leaching rate of V and Mo is 94.76% and 96.93% respectively under the optimum conditions including deoiling at 350 ℃ for one hour, particle size of waste catalyst of -212 μm of ≥96%, decarburization and desulfurization at 750 ℃ for two hours; molar ratio of sodium carbonate to vanadium and molybdenum content of 1.2, calcination at 800 ℃ for 2 h, L/S of 2︰1, leaching temperature of 40 ℃, and leaching time of 30 min. It can provide reference for comprehensive recovery and utilization of vanadium-containing waste catalyst. |
