Abstract: |
Nickel, copper and cobalt in fine-grained alloy by magnetic separation of nickel concentrate were leached under normal pressure and high pressure, and SiO2 was separated by high-pressure alkaline leaching, which realized separation and enrichment of precious and base metals in fine-grained alloys. Under the optimum conditions, recovery rate of nickel and cobalt is ≥99%, desilication rate is 80% above, whole process slag rate is 0.6%—0.8%, recovery rate of precious metals is ≥99%, and precious metals can be enriched more than 100 times. |
