| Abstract: |
| Lithium was leached from clay-type lithium ore with Li2O grade of 0.64% by roasting-acid leaching. Effects of roasting time and temperature on Li2O leaching rate were investigated. Effects of leaching temperature and time, sulfuric acid concentration, and ratio of liquid to solid (L/S) on Li2O leaching rate in acid leaching process were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that Li2O leaching rate is 92.97% under the optimum conditions including roasting time of 30 min, roasting temperature of 600 ℃, leaching temperature of 90 ℃, leaching time of 30 min, sulfuric acid concentration of 1.5 mol/L, and L/S=6. |
