| Abstract: |
| KLNi-01 resin was selected as the best resin for nickel recovery from wastewater by comparing 7 kinds of resins. The results show that the optimum pH value is 4~7 and regeneration effect is stable for three consecutive cycles of adsorption. Ammonium chloride concentration within 30 g/L has no effect on removal effect of nickel, and KLNi-01 resin has good selectivity for nickel in ammonium chloride system. Adsorption capacity of KLNi-01 for nickel is 27.6 g/L. Calculation basis of ion exchange column and other parameters is provided, and operation cost of KLNi-01 for one ton water is about 20 RMB. |
