| Abstract: |
| Metal contents of Cu-Mn slag were analyzed, step-by-step precipitation of Cu-Mn slag was put forward based on thermodynamics analysis and test, selective reagents and optimum conditions of separation process of Cu-Mn slag were selected and determined, and pilot test was conducted. The results show that the optimal process route and process control conditions are as follows: 1) Temperature of Cu-Mn slurring process is 30 ℃, L/S=3.0~3.5, and stirring time is 30 min. 2) Temperature of manganese carbonate leaching is 60~70 ℃, iron powder dosage is 0.7±0.05 times of theoretical amount, and reaction time is 3.5 h. 3) Temperature of copper enrichment process is 30 ℃, L/S=1, and reaction time is 3 h. 4) Temperature of cobalt recovery process is 70~80 ℃, pH=3.0~3.5, and stirring time is 30 min. 5) Temperature of manganese recovery process is 70~80 ℃, pH=8.0~8.5, and stirring time is 60 min. Stability of process conditions and metal recovery reach expected effect, and product quality and process maturity meet the requirements. |
