Abstract:
Zinc and cadmium were efficiently leached from high cadmium dust by oxidative acid leaching process. Effects of hydrogen peroxide dosage, leaching temperature, leaching time, L/S, and sulfuric acid concentration on leaching rate of zinc and cadmium were studied. The results show that leaching rate of zinc and cadmium is 93.50% and 95.97% respectively under the optimum conditions including sulfuric acid concentration of 50 g/L, hydrogen peroxide dosage of 60 g/L, L/S of 3 mL/g, leaching temperature of 80 ℃, and leaching time of 2.0 h.
