| Abstract: |
| Water-quenched samples taken from reaction shaft of Jinguanˊs flash furnace during its operation with high intensity were subjected to a series of analysis and observation. Such processes in reaction shaft as oxidation, desulfurization, melting, slag and matte formation, and variations of particle size along axial and radical direction of shaft were investigated. Effects of those processes and variations on furnace operation were discussed. Suggestions were given on furnace operation, design of concentrate burner and flash furnace, and etc. |
