| Abstract: |
| Carbon emissions from gold industry are the main source, which is important for peak carbon dioxide emissions. The accounting model of carbon dioxide emission for gold enterprises is constructed from four aspects, including fossil fuel combustion, explosive explosion process emission, decyanation treatment emission, and power consumption. Based on one gold industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, total carbon emissions are calculated. Power consumption is the main source, followed by fossil fuel combustion. Process emission, such as explosive explosion and decyanation treatment, is an important part of carbon emission that cannot be ignored. |
