Abstract:
For refractory U-Mo associated ore, sulfuric acid roasting method can effectively activate U, Mo component and achieve efficient extraction. The roasting orthogonal test results show that roasting temperature and time have great influence on leaching rate of U and Mo, mass ratio of acid to ore has more significant influence on U leaching rate, and concentration of sulfuric acid has more influence on Mo leaching rate. TG/DTG analysis results indicate that roasting process can be divided into three stages as 27.4~66.7, 66.7~141.1, 141.1~267.3 ℃, with reaction activation energy calculated via Kissinger differential method of 17.592, 16.878, and 38.660 kJ/mol, respectively. The optimum leaching parameters of sulfuric acid roasting clinker include leaching temperature of 80 ℃, leaching time of 3 h, and ratio of liquid to solid of 5 mL/g.
