Abstract:
Plant - microbial combined remediation become one of the main methods of solving soil uranium pollution due to its characteristics of green and economy. Taking Lolium perenne as target plant, and building plant combinations among Brassica chinensis, Medicago sativa, and Lolium perenne, to explore effects of different plant combination methods on growth and uranium enrichment of Lolium perenne under experimental conditions of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) addition and soils with two uranium concentration. The results show that combination of plants increases growth input on aboveground part of Lolium perenne, combinations of three plants and combination of Medicago sativa - Lolium perenne promote the aboveground growth of Lolium perenne, adding AMF improves uranium enrichment ability of Lolium perenne under condition of only Lolium perenne grown, promotes biomass accumulation of Lolium perenne under plant combination conditions. Plant combination and plant-AMF combination are the future research directions of bioremediation. This study provides theoretical and practical references for exploring remediation of uranium-contaminated soil by plant combinations.
