| Abstract: |
| aluable metals in copper anode slime smelting slag were recovered by reduction smelting. Effects of slag type, Na2CO3 dosage, coke powder dosage and holding time on metal recovery were investigated. The results show that recovery rates of Au, Ag, Pb and Bi in slag are 97.15%, 97.78%, 91.27% and 99.61%, respectively under the optimum conditions including smelting temperature of 1 150 ℃, mass ratio of m(Fe)/m(SiO2)=0.72, mass ratio of m(CaO)/m(SiO2)=0.65, Na2CO3 dosage of 5%, coke powder dosage of 2%, and holding time of 60 min. Comprehensive recovery of valuable metals in copper anode slime smelting slag is realized. |
