Abstract:
High-acid and low-copper raffinate is produced in bioleaching system of low-grade sulfide copper mine. Iron can be effectively separated with other metals through control of pH value according to differences of precipitation behavior of metals in different pH value range. According to differences of solubility of metal sulfide, copper and zinc can be recovered successively through sulfuration. Aluminum can be recovered by neutralization. Copper, zinc and aluminum was targeted recycled successively with comprehensive recovery of 78.8%, 76.7% and 74.3% respectively. After treatment, the liquid can be discharged which meets the requirements of emission Standards for Pollutants from Copper, Nickel and Cobalt Industries (GB 25467—2010).
