Abstract:
To address low removal rate of fluorine and chlorine from zinc oxide flue dust roasted in multi hearth furnace, thermodynamic analysis of zinc oxide flue dust roasting process was carried out, and experimental verification was carried out based on thermodynamic analysis results. The results show that removal rates of fluorine and chlorine is 98.06% and 91.56% respectively under the condition including flue gas flow of 400 mL/min, flue gas components of SO2 0.32%, O2 7.61%, H2O 9.61%, N2 82.46% (simulation of flue gas of rotary kiln), roasting temperature of 700 ℃, and roasting time of 210 min.
