| Abstract: |
| Refractory gold concentrate with high arsenic and antimony bearing was treated by oxygen enrichment bottom blowing gold-catching process in "triple consecutive furnace" to efficiently recover valuable metals. Distribution behavior and law of various impurity elements were summarized according to requirement of metal recovery rate and process control in pyrometallurgical process. Content of different impurity elements in ore blending was optimized, and grade of matte for different refractory gold concentrates was determined, in which the grade of matte in high arsenic ores was controlled at 65%, and the grade of matte in high lead ores was controlled at 72%. The overall removal rate of lead, zinc, arsenic, antimony, bismuth and nickel in refractory gold concentrate can reach 98% above. It can provide reference for green smelting and sustainable development of gold industry. |
