| Abstract: |
| Production process, control parameters, equipment selection and ultra-pure water production process of 150 kt/a battery grade refined sulfuric acid in Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Co., Ltd. were introduced. Problems existing in the process of product upgrading and later production operation were analyzed and discussed. Acid concentration control and operation, acid temperature control and operation, and acid quality control measures were described. Through continuous optimization of process operation and implementation of transformation measure, the long-term stable operation of battery level refined sulfuric acid production system was effectively guaranteed, which can be used as a reference for other battery level refined sulfuric acid technical transformation and upgrading projects. |
