| Abstract: |
| The stability of matte grade is of great importance for copper flash smelting production process. However, copper smelting reaction process mechanism is complex, and it is also a complex process due to multiple variables, strong coupling and large lag. Combining with production practice of Jinlong Copper Co., Ltd., the approaches to improve stability of matte grade, such as concentrate batching management, concentrate management, equipment management and furnace practice management, are mainly discussed. |
