| Abstract: |
| When silver content in cathode copper is more than 10 g/t, it will causes loss of silver, and bring adversely affects on downstream copper deep processing because silver in cathode copper is often a harmful impurity. Silver content in cathode copper can be effectively controlled below 8 g/t, and average silver content in cathode copper can be reduced to 6.86 g/t through analysis of electrolytic production and adjustment of production process, such as optimization and adjustment of Cl- content in electrolyte, additive ratio, current density, and electrolyte temperature. According to annual output of cathode copper of 300 kt, the annual economic loss can be saved 3.60 million yuan. |
