| Abstract: |
| With the increase of impurity content in raw copper concentrate, impurity removal ability of original liquid cannot meet the requirement, so the final liquid needs to be opened every day, which not only increases cost of wastewater treatment, but also causes loss of nickel and acid, at the same time, the lost acid should be added in the process of copper electrolysis. Through the study on treatment of open-circuit final solution of copper removal, removal rate of arsenic, antimony and bismuth in final solution of copper removal is over 98% after impurity removal treatment by gas-liquid sulfuration with NaHS, however, nickel and acid are not lost, and quality of high purity cathode copper will not be adversely affected by return of treated solution to electrolytic system. This process has the characteristics of low investment, stable index, and remarkable benefit. |
