| Abstract: |
| After bio-oxidation pretreatment of arsenic-bearing refractory gold concentrate, gold grade in gold concentrate is 87.23 g/t. The mineral composition of gold concentrate is simple after oxidative dearsenization and desulfurization. The ammonium thiocyanate leaching experiment was carried out on gold concentrate sample. Effects of oxidants (calcium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate, ferric sulfate), oxidant dosage, leaching agent dosage, pH value of leaching system, and leaching time on gold leaching rate by ammonium thiocyanate were studied. The results show that gold leaching rate is 93.99% under the conditions including pH value of leaching system of below 2, dosage of leaching agent of ammonium thiocyanate of 40 g/L, dosage of oxidant of ferric sulfate of 20 g/L, and leaching time of 5 h. Ammonium thiocyanate leaching process is feasible for the oxidized gold concentrate at atmospheric pressure. |
