| Abstract: |
| Experimental study on two technologies of pressure leaching on zinc leaching residue were studied. “The reduction pressure leaching + oxygen pressure leaching” was replaced a part of the technology of goethite, its slag yield is 15.74%, and leaching rate of Zn, Fe, Cu, In, and Mg is 99.32%, 93.50% , 95.02%, 91.03%, and 99.97%, respectively. All indexes are better than that of the original process, leaching rate of zinc and indium rises by 1.82 and 11.03 percentage points respectively, reaction time shortens from 14 h to 4 h, and the number of liquid-solid separation reduces from 4 times to 2 times. “Two counter current pressure leaching” was replaced a part of the technology of jarosite, its slag yield is 35.88%, and leaching rate of Zn, Fe, Cu, In, and Mg is 98.50%, 4.94%, 90.48%, 2.69%, and 93.77%, respectively. All indexes are better than that of the original process, the leach solution can be reused in neutral leaching directly, reaction time shortens from 16 h to 4 h, and the number of liquid-solid separation reduces from 3 times to 2 times. Pressurized leaching adopts closed autoclave, which is easier to realize steam balance of whole zinc smelting system without additional steam boiler |
