| Abstract: |
| At present, iron mould and copper mould are mainly used for casting copper anode plate in China, while steel mould is seldom used. Steel mould has the advantages of small deformation, good erosion resistance and less consumption of release agent, but it also has the disadvantages of high processing cost and short service life. The tilting furnace innovates and optimizes the steel mold material, steel mold structure, cooling water system, spraying system, and casting system. Through the above technical innovation, on the basis of ensuring physical qualified rate of anode plate, the service life of steel mould is increased, the unit consumption of barium sulfate is reduced, and the cost competitiveness of steel mould is improved. |
