| Abstract: |
| Waste denitration catalyst is rich in valuable metals such as titanium and tungsten, but it also contains toxic harmful substances such as arsenic, mercury and lead. At present, the waste denitration catalyst has not been used in industry, which not only wastes resources, but also causes great pressure on environment. Comprehensive recovery research on waste denitration catalyst was carried out, and the process route of low temperature activation, selective leaching, and resin exchange was put forward. Through experimental research, leaching rate of vanadium and tungsten is 96.29% and 88.10% respectively. Titanium is basically restrained in the residue. The leaching residue can be directly used as catalyst matrix raw material or high-quality titanium dioxide prepared by sulfuric acid method (or chlorination method). Titanium dioxide with TiO2 content of 99% can be obtained through acid hydrolysis, water leaching, and hydrolysis. |
