Abstract:
      In order to deeply understand changes of reaction behavior of particles in reaction tower of flash converting furnace, samples taken from different locations were analyzed by XRD, XRF, and SEM-EDS, etc., to observe physicochemical change process of copper matte particles in reaction tower, analyze changing laws of matte in reaction tower, such as ignition, oxidative desulfurization, collision and coalescence, slagging, and copper production, as well as to understand the characteristics of reaction tower’s products and generation conditions of smoke and dust.
