| Abstract: |
| Extraction of vanadium from acid leaching solution of stone coal vanadium ore by ion exchange method was studied. Effects of pH value, ratio of adsorption rate and resin volume and vanadium concentration in solution before exchange on vanadium adsorption rate were investigated. The results show that adsorption effect of vanadium is better when pH value is 1.85, ratio of adsorption rate and resin volume of 1.5 h-1, and concentration of vanadium in solution before exchange is about 4 g/L. The pilot test results show that when V2O5 concentration in the original solution is about 4 g/L, and the process of three column series adsorption, optimization adjustment, two column series re-adsorption is adopted, V2O5 adsorption rate is 97.17% under the conditions including volume of adsorption tail solution of about 20 times of total volume of resin, vanadium concentration in tail solution of about 0.13 g/L, and average vanadium concentration of as low as about 0.11 g/L. The saturated D201 was dynamically desorpted with 4% NaOH + 4% NaCl, V2O5 concentration in desorption solution reaches the peak value of 119.49 g/L, and V2O5 concentration in vanadium-rich solution is 57.36 g/L by using 4 times the volume of resin. High purity V2O5 product can be prepared by one-step precipitation of vanadium with acidic ammonium salt without purification treatment. The final grade of V2O5 is 98.36%, which meets the standard of YB/T 5304—2017 and grade of V2O598.0-P.2通讯作者:赵效益(1979-),男,高级工程师,矿物加工工程专业。
