| Abstract: |
| In order to continuously improve technical and economic indicators, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs, Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. has initiated three-year cycle long-term production practice. In view of the production bottleneck problems of dryer system, smoke exhaust system and flash furnace system in the three-year long-term production practice of flash furnace of smelting system Ⅱ of Guixi Smelter, the causes were found and solutions were put forward. The production practice shows that with the increasing proportion of high impurity raw materials, the production can still be balanced and stable, and the main technical and economic indicators continue to progress. |
