Abstract: |
Ammonium chloroplatinate was purified by hydrazine hydrate reduction dissolving method. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by exploring effects of reaction temperature, acidity, and dosage of reducing agent on dissolution process. The charge polarity on precipitated surface of ammonium chloroplatinate was changed by adding anionic surfactant to reducing agent to achieve further purification of ammonium chloroplatinate. The purity of platinum powder prepared by calcination of purified ammonium chloroplatinate is 99.95% above, and the composition and morphology of the product are analyzed and characterized by XRD and SEM. |
