Abstract: |
Using the analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(APH-FCE) model, an index system suitable for assessment of the whole-process water pollution control technology in electrolytic manganese industry was constructed from the aspects of technical performance, economic cost, operation management and environmental impact, and quantitative assessment of seven candidate technologies was carried out. The results show that the complete set of technology platform for heavy metal-containing wastewater process cutting in electrolytic manganese industry is obviously superior to the traditional manual operation process of electrolysis and subsequent processes. Application of this technology can greatly improve the level of water pollution control and play an important role in green development of electrolytic manganese industry. The synthesis score of terminal treatment techniques for manganiferous wastewater and chrome contained wastewater is 3.19—3.41, combined technology of lime neutralization precipitation and physical treatment has the highest score in economic cost, and membrane treatment technology shows the best environmental impact. The evaluation results which are consistent with the existing technology application are credible. These evaluation results can provide strong support for selection of water pollution control technology in electrolytic manganese industry. |
