| Abstract: |
| Cemented carbide grinding waste was treated by sodium carbonate alkali melting roasting and water leaching. Effects of roasting temperature, alkali dosage, roasting time, and water leaching parameters on WC conversion were systematically investigated. Under the optimum conditions of alkali melting roasting and water leaching, leaching rate of WO3 is 98% above, and the tungsten components in grinding waste can be transformed into crude sodium tungstate solution in one step. Increasing roasting temperature and alkali dosage can effectively improve leaching rate of WO3. Through adjusting pH value of crude sodium tungstate solution to 9—11, the concentration of impurities such as Cu, Cr and SiO2 in solution can be reduced. |
